This Privacy Policy, describes My policies and any further procedures on the collection and handling, of Your data when You use My service(s). Privacy Policy created with the help of PrivacyPolicies.com.

On the Domain, there is only one location where data can be collected on persons that opt-in to provide said data. This page, https://www.ncp.dev/contact/ is a “gateway” to process the provided data to a Service Provider (Resend). The following policies, discuss this page, https://www.ncp.dev/contact/ and how ncp.dev handles Your data.

All words contained in this Privacy Policy, that have the initial letter capitalized, have certain meanings defined under the following conditions. These words, regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural, instate the same meaning.

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

  • Domain any domain, subdomain, or any web address under the ncp.dev. This does not include external URLs that redirect a user outside of ncp.dev.

  • Service refers to the Website.

  • Website refers to Nathan Parker, accessible from https://www.ncp.dev/

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “My”, “I”, “Mine”, and “Me” in this Agreement) refers to Nathan Parker or any of his aliases (e.g., KingPr0o7).

  • Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.

  • Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company. It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.

  • Cookies are small files that are placed on Your computer, mobile device or any other device by a website, containing the details of Your browsing history on that website among its many uses.

  • Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).

On Our contact page, users if they choose to contact Me; You will have to provide data to be sent to My E-mail Service Provider (Resend). This data is not facilitated on any databases, snapshots, or buckets on the Domain. The data that You will provide is Your:

  • Valid Email Address
  • Name or Alias
  • Message to be sent to Me

All information above is directly sent to the E-mail Service Provider (Resend). No data is scanned or kept, only forwarded to Resend for processing and sending You a confirmation email that Your message has been received. Responses will be responded to by Me via the official Domain handle of: nathan@ncp.dev. All API keys are excluded from the GitHub repository, and not available for the public, if they decide to fork ncp.dev.

Upon loading any Domain, ncp.dev uses and sends web analytics to Service Providers (Vercel and MyFonts), to track visited pages (just impressions for MyFonts), errors, and other key events indicated. All data sent and tracked by the Service Provider is anonymous.

No Cookies are filed under any Domain when You surf the Website. This includes any Service Provider registered under the Domain, unless You navigate outside of the Domain. All YouTube embeds are also registered with no-cookie parameters, even though they show up in Cookies.

There are several attributes tracked via session data. I only track two keys, being direction (View Transitions) and referrer (500 Series Errors). YouTube also has session data logs via its embeds, but are completely harmless.

Any website linking outside of the Domain, is not operated by Me or the Company. Upon clicking said URL, You will be directed outside of the Domain, and no longer protected under this Agreement.

I may update My Privacy Policy upon any demanding change. You will be notified via a banner placed on the main page of the Website ncp.dev before any changes become effective. Any dates on this Privacy Policy will be updated.

Please continually check this Privacy Policy for any changes, and all changes are effective when posted to this page.
